Let's Dehydrate: "Cheezy" Vegan Kale and Beet Green Chips - OIL FREE - Step-by-Step

Join me in making kale chips in the dehydrator and also trying something new...beet greens chips!

Recipe:

2-3 large bunches of kale, curly or lacinato (dinosaur)
tops of 4-6 organic beets

Dressing:
1 cup raw cashews
1 fresh lemon, squeezed
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 to 2 tsp. hot sauce (sriracha or your favorite)
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 to 2/3 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk (or water)

Make dressing in food processor, coat cut greens and dehydrate at 115 degrees for 8-10 hours. ENJOY!!!
