With today’s higher-powered home EV charging and a greener trend toward electrifying everything - heat pump-based heating, cooling, and hot water - there’s a challenge. Typical homes have 200 amps of power available from their dumb panels, with a wire from that utility that can’t handle more than that anyway. How can you add several new high power circuits without worry? What if a smart panel could continuously monitor which circuits are using exactly how much electricity in your home?
