I decided to make this video because I know the value and importance of learning first hand from someone who has experience and success in their field.

I have been a real estate agent for over 4 years at this point. If I knew now what I knew when I was FIRST getting my license, there are many things I would do differently. No matter how much you prepare, hindsight is always 20/20 and the only real way to figure it out is to dive in! I'm hoping this video offers great insight and gold nuggets of information for those who are just starting out in real estate!
