I honestly struggled so much with making this very emotional video on my hoarder to minimalist journey. If you have been wondering how to declutter sentimental clutter, please WATCH THIS all the way through. I was an emotional hoarder for decades, and after discovering minimalism and extreme decluttering my home down to 8 suitcases my family and I are much, much happier. I can honestly say that decluttering sentimental items to me has helped me to recover from the early deaths of my parents -- minimal living has truly saved my life! We are much, much happier as a minimalist family than we were before we started our minimalism journey. Our life before and after minimalism is like night and day -- I want you to find the same peace and spark joy in your own life as well, which is why I opened up and talked about my history with hoarding disorder today.
