Steve Bowen from PV Bicycle Center talks about the 2013 Specialized Secteur, a Roubaix-inspired road bike with amazing features. It has the same geometry and principles as the Roubaix, but the frame is made out of hydroformed aluminum instead of carbon fiber, lessening the price.
