The Lexus is300 is famous for its robust 6 cylinder 2jz engine, that also made the Toyota Supra famous. While the Lexus is300 2jz engine is slightly different. It still made the is300 a favorite among consumers looking for something with 4 doors.

It is not very common to find the Lexus is300 2jz motor paired with a manual transmission behind it though. Only about 15% of production is300 having the 5 speed manual gear box attached to the 2jz. Even more uncommon are the little know is300 sport cross wagons. With only 3000 models being produced. The power plant is the same, famous 2jz engine. But only ever receiving the automatic transmission paired with it.

Me, wanting the best of everything. I thought, why not manual transmission swap a sport cross wagon for the best of all the options!
