Tim has a great many pens in his collection. But as well as writing, they all have other tricks up their sleeves!

A ball point pen that is also a bubble wand - it contains a reservoir of soap solution, and also the bubble wand. Bubbles2Go! Tim seems convinced that this would be a useful addition to the classroom!

A propelling pencil which looks just like a syringe. This won't hurt a bit!!

The next pen contains a very interesting mechanism. Pull the two halves of the pen apart slightly, and the nib appears. Normally you might expect the nib to retract even further inside the pen, but in this case there is some clever mechanism inside the pen to make this work. Tim thinks it might have come from MOMA.

A cigarette that is in fact a pen...

A pen that is also a penny whistle...

A pen that you blow into, and it sprays ink onto the page - a manual air brush! Tim saw this at a toy fair some years ago, and was very impressed!

Finally, a pen that squirts you in the face. Gotcha, Tim!
