From Eagle Lakes, up driveline line hill, through the always changing water crossings up the multiple winch hills, past the Excelsior mine and to Meadow Lake, Fordyce is the trail of trails of northern California rock crawling. Where Rubicon Trail may win in popularity, Fordyce wins in difficulty.
