This video contains spoilers.

Alfonso Cuarón is my favorite director of all time so I am very excited to finally be releasing a video on one of his movies. Most of his work tackles similar themes and ideas with Y Tu Mamá También being the first entry in this incredible run that he's had in the last 20 years. I wanted to include a discussion about how this movie was also about Cuarón finding his identity as a filmmaker, since he chose to return to Mexico to tell this story after being caught up in the Hollywood system. This video could have easily been 15+ minutes but I wanted to focus more on the movie itself and not try to tackle too many things at once.

"In Mexico, two teenage boys and an attractive older woman embark on a road trip and learn a thing or two about life, friendship, sex, and each other."

None of the music or footage used in this video belongs to me.
