1. U1= 741 op-amp

2. Q1= D882

3. R1= 4.7k

4. R2,R5,R6,R7= 1k

5. R4= 10K (3296W) POT

6. R3= 10k Thermister (MF52)

7. D1,D2= 1N4007 (X2)

8. D3= 3V, 1/2W Zener Diode

9. Relay= SRD-12VDC-SL-C

10. LED5MM= Red, Blue, Yellow

11. Terminal Blocks= PA001-2P (x2)
