主要原料:
山藥和綠花椰菜
佐料:
初榨橄欖油,雞湯, 鹽
以上食材和佐料根據自己口味調整用量
製作過程:
山藥去皮切成波浪形
切碎花椰菜的菜花部分
鍋中放入大約一湯匙橄欖油
山藥和青花菜下入冷凍橄欖油中
加入雞湯和鹽快速翻炒後出鍋
注意:快速翻炒馬上出鍋,不能炒的時間太長
Ingredients:
Yum and Broccoli
Seasonings:
Extra virgin olive oil, Chicken broth, and Salt
Adjust the amount of the above ingredients and seasonings based on your own taste
Cooking Process:
1. Peel the yam and use wave shape knife to cut it
2. Chop the top to the broccoli into small pieces
3. Add 1tbsp olive oil into a pot
4. Put yam and broccoli into cold olive oil
5. Add chicken broth and salt.
6. Quickly stir fry it.
Note: Stir fry it asap. Do not over cook it.
