As the 90s R&B group H-Town once sang, "Emotions make you cry sometimes" ... and the day after my talk with my mom ... I could NOT stop crying.

Filled with anxiety about my dad having the same reaction plus other negative thoughts .... I couldn't stop the tears. So when I got settled in my AirBnB, I decided to talk things out ... and I recorded it.
