A well balanced breakfast is one of the best things you can do for your health. I usually begin my day with fruit because fruit is a great way to get great nutrients and energize yourself.
This is one of my favorites:
Blueberry Banana Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup Frozen Organic Blueberries
1 whole Frozen Banana
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
2 tablespoons Hemp Hearts
1 large tablespoon Almond Butter
16oz water

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in high powered blender until smooth (about 1 minute)
Enjoy 😋
