When you look at all of the villains in the MCU, some of them are rendered so well, they're more sympathetic than the heroes. In fact, Baron Zemo is very much like the MCU's Batman: a billionaire hellbent on avenging his family, with only his wits and will to aid him. And when you look at the irresponsible actions of the Avengers, it's hard not to agree that superhumans need to be policed. Spider-Man, Iron Man, Hulk, Thor, Captain America, the Scarlet Witch, Black Panther--even Ant-Man all have blood on their hands.

And Zemo tried to warn us. Zemo was right.
