For the glaze:
1/2 cup cream cheese __________________ 70
1 tablespoon softened butter, unsalted ___ 5
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar _______________ 13
1/4 cup milk _____________________________ 4
1/2 tsp vanilla ____________________________ 1
