That said, it is going to make things a lot less complicated however it was quite the process to get all the needed materials in hand :-) Evidently limited stock and shortages are still a thing (either that or contractors are busy as ever and they've bought everything up lol !!)

I remember running into this a lot last year when building out the main shop, maybe it's just my area but eventually was able to get everything that I needed to close this chapter and move on! Going to be an exciting week, it's been a long time coming!!!
