Bring Change 2 Mind, in partnership with Brandon Marshall’s Project 375, launched #StrongerThanStigma to raise awareness around the unique challenges that men face when discussing mental health, to encourage open dialogue, and to promote help seeking behavior.

#StrongerThanStigma features four inspirational male figures from professional sports leagues, television, and the music industry who have made mental health advocacy a part of their platform. These headliners are Brandon Marshall, NFL All-Pro wide receiver for the New York Jets; Ben Scrivens, NHL goalie for the Montreal Canadiens; Michael Angelakos, lead singer of indietronica band Passion Pit; and Wayne Brady, comedian and actor. Each shares his story, and encourages men to start the conversation and end the stigma.

Jonny Benjamin is an award-winning mental health campaigner, vlogger, and author. He was diagnosed with Schizoaffective Disorder, a combination of Schizophrenia and Depression, when he was 20 years old, and, after intensive treatment, learned how to manage the condition. A few years after his diagnosis, Jonny began creating video blogs about mental illness that have been watched by hundreds of thousands of people across the world. He has released a book of poetry entitled 'Pill After Pill: Poems From A Schizophrenic Mind', spoken about mental health in various publications including The Guardian, and presented a BBC Three documentary last year as part of their 'It's A Mad World' season.

In 2013, Jonny won Rethink Mental Illness's first annual Janey Antoniou Award for his campaign work, and now serves as an ambassador for the charity. In 2014, Jonny and Rethink launched the #FindMike campaign to find the stranger who stopped him from taking his life when he attempted to jump from a bridge in London. The aim of the campaign was to help raise awareness of suicide, the biggest killer of young men in the UK. In May 2015, a documentary by Postcard Productions about the story entitled 'The Stranger On The Bridge' was broadcast on Channel 4.

Jonny is now involved in various projects aimed at breaking the stigma attached to mental illness and supporting those suffering from mental health issues.
