The Scheherzada cake is a dessert that no one will be able to resist. Creamy, light, rich in the smell and taste of caramel. Its preparation is extremely easy, you will be surprised.
Nothing is baked. It is characteristic of Šeherzada that it is made with Turkish biscuits.

It is a biscuit very similar to a petit biscuit, but with a cocoa filling, which in cross-section gives the cake a fantastic
appearance.

NOTE: you prepare the cake the day before so
that it can sit long enough for the biscuit to soften. You only decorate it the next day. Iused a mold 24x36 cm.

Ingredients:
- 2 packages of Turkish biscuits
- 1700 ml of milk
- 5 caramel-flavored puddings
- 260 g of sugar
- 250 g of butter
- 4 bags of whipped cream
- 400 ml of cold milk
- 500 ml of sweet cream for decoration
