Netflix's 'Three Body Problem' is really good, which surprised me because it's from David Benioff and D.B. Weiss, who did 'Game of Thrones for – at the time – HBOMax.

I made the 'mistake' of reading one or two of Geroge R.R. Martin's books first, which the television show just couldn't live up to.

I went into their new series without having read the source material, which meant that I could better judge it on its own merits, as opposed to comparing it to the novelization.

This reviews is mildly spoilery.

If not have not seen '3 Body Problem' it won't spoil the experience though if you want go in knowing little as possible, watch it THEN come back to the review.
