This week I experimented with fitting Airtec Double aluminium foil bubble insulation to try and reduce our energy costs. In this video I show you how to install it under a carpet, and provide some answers based on my own testing.

*Note: I ran a short test in my own home in the UK. Results may vary. Refer to the manufacturer's guidance for more info.
