So i had to flatten my naniwa gouken arata 400 a bit. So i just as well made a video about how i used to flatten my stones in the process. This is by no means a end all be all method, and im sure you lot have some useful hints and tipes you can drop in the comment section

Flattening your stones doesn't have to be hard, and doesn't need any fancy equipment. It can be done simply with a flat surface and some wet and dry sandpaper. But be shure to swap out the paper frequently as it will wear out quite fast.

That being said, if you need to flatten several stones and you can afford it, a diamond plate does the job in the fraction of a time.
