We're pouring and finishing a 28' x 28' x 4" concrete floor for this 2-car garage. I'm going to share with you what it costs to install this concrete floor and how I charge for prep, concrete, and labor/profit.
I have a basic square foot charge for each thing I do based on all the projects I've done in the past and the experience I have owning a business for 40 years.
Some estimates and bids I do like this one are fairly easy because they only involve a few things. It's easy to bid floors like this over the phone. A lot of people/contractors I give estimates to like to know what it costs to hire me so this is my way of letting them know immediately.
