Today we have a 15 minute HIIT Cardio AMRAP that is perfect to build strength and agility for you trail runners. We have three five minute AMRAPs to get through. The exercises are listed below if you need a reference. Remember as runners it is important to get some type cross training in every week and these videos are here to help you do that.
