After years of experience there, she decided it was not for her and was offered a position to manage a bar. After 10+ years of working at the bar, Sheila uploaded her resume to Indeed, and the rest was history. Now Sheila is an account manager at MP Systems, providing the manufacturing industry with high-pressure and filtration systems. She's climbing the ladder of success and leading by example.

Sheila also goes into her sales strategy and gives tips and tricks on growing a sales career and building relationships with others. Sheila strongly emphasizes that there is no way around hard work, and that is what she will continue to do for her customers.
