MILAGRO is an annual cultural fest of UVCE(University Visveshwaraya College of Engineering) celebrating its centenary year.
This occasion was precided by Kannada Rapper CHANDAN SHETTY who set the stage on fire with his awesome songs which is popular among kannadigas.
