My first Ask Micki video. This time: long-Covid suggested protocol and advice.
S from the Midlands asks: "I had Covid 8 weeks ago and I still feel rubbish. What can I do to get better?" In this video, I'll take you through what I have done for people suffering with long-covid, or the long-haulers as they are known, which has successfully helped them to return to work and improve. No guarantees, but I hope it helps. Please discuss with your chosen health practitioners, always.
