Today we are looking at my RAM 1500 with the 5.7 Hemi Muffler Delete and what it sounds like compared to the stock factory muffler. It has a very loud rumble and just bring this 5.7 Hemi alive. The sound is awesome and aggressive and if that's something you want this is a great cheap option. Only downside about RAM 1500 muffler delete is the highway drone which can be pretty uncomfortable at times

The only reason I ended up taking this muffler delete pipe off was because of the highway driving I was doing and because I was pulling a trailer across the country. I really enjoyed it. I might put it back on the truck I might not.

The other great thing about this option is how easy it is to install. there are 3 clamps to loosen off and with a little elbow grease you can removed the old muffler and install your new muffler delete pipe. no baffles to go wrong either because its just a nice straight through pipe.

Lastly there is a little sweet spot around 95km/h where there is almost no drone and the truck is pretty silent. But once to get back on the throttle the old Hemi snaps back to life and gives you a good thump deep into your chest. always makes me smile. my gas mileage went way down because I was just always on the throttle!
