2. Prosper schools are very highly rated. Prosper ISD features three high schools: Prosper High School, Rock Hill High School, and the BRAND NEW Walnut Grove High School. There are four middle schools: Rushing Middle School, Hays Middle School, Rogers Middle School, and Reynolds Middle School. There are also 14 elementary schools, many of which are located within some of these master planned communities that we mentioned earlier.

3. Prosper is ideally located just north of Frisco, TX and many of the amazing new developments happening there, like the Universal Theme Park, the PGA District, the Fields Project, and the UNT Frisco Campus.

4. Since Prosper’s population has increased dramatically over the past 5 years, many of the homes for sale in Prosper, TX will be newer homes.
