Mission Motorsport works with injured service personal, who, after being discharged, are looking for a career in the Automotive sector. The charity helps them achieve their goal and the results speak for themselves; Jaguar Land Rover now has over 1000 recruits from Mission Motorsport in full-time positions employed at the company.
