HALLOWEEN: american nightmare (fan film) trailer 2016

A fan film made by Terry Lawson and Ryan Kort, two professional bay area cinematographers, Halloween: American Nightmare was shot with a budget of zero dollars using Canon C100's and the Nightowl Creep mask. Blending a unique style with the feeling of John Carpenter's original and slow tension building. Lighting, sound, camera and everything else was done by us with the help of our incredible actors who are doing it all for free. Our goal is to take fan films to a new level, which we believe is the only way to pay homage to the best horror movie of all time, Halloween.

Shot in and around Berkeley, California, Halloween: American Nightmare takes place in a small, midwestern town. With an original script, the story follows Angie, who is talked into visiting the Myers' house. After telling her older sister what she saw, we find out that her sister may have a story of her own.
