Governor says "ARREST THE HOMELESS" But, Counties are saying "We WONT build or allow homeless camps". Miami Beach Commisioner Alex Fernandez says "These homeless camps wont exist here or in Dade" yet thats where the Govenor says the homeless will go to avoid being arrested. Entrapment? What option do Florida's homeless Have now? Can they risk being arrested for "sleeping".. Most homeless people are saying even if these so called camps were built they ARE NOT going to go there period. Florida continues its CULTURE war on Hispanics, homeless and anyone who isnt rich and white. People are scared and worried about waht these laws could imply to the people of Florida. Scary times ahead for sure. Counties will be entrusted to create these camps, but they are says "NO WAY' were not doing this.. but we are.. FOR SURE.. planning to ARREST the homeless.

This law takes effect October 1st 2024
