A few weeks ago, I met up with Chris Broad from @AbroadinJapan in his neon 80s-inspired ramen studio to chat through his camera gear and get a look behind the scenes at how he makes his episodes.

For those that don't know Chris, he's got arguably the largest English-speaking collection of information and entertainment about Japan on the internet. With over 10 years on YouTube and an audience of close to 3 million subscribers, a lot of work goes on behind the scenes. Considering we both love Japan and talking about cameras, this felt like a great opportunity to have a chat and discuss what's in his camera bag, plus get some bonus tips on how to make videos for YouTube.
