Many people of colour are working hard in making a positive difference to their communities and places of work, but often at the detriment of their mental, emotional, physical and spiritual selves, health and wellbeing.


De-stress & Wellness Coach, Lillian Lartey will unpack how we can utilise mindfulness as a way to guard against chronic stress, anxiety and burnout and develop resilience to fulfil our purpose for the long term.

Lillian has experience in the Wellness industry stretching over 20 years. Her work has led her to speak at conferences, workshops, online platforms, radio and television media across the UK. She coaches clients in a one2one format, teaches group trainings for organisations, community and social networks and is a published writer in Healthy Woman Magazine.


Lillian’s passion is hugely influenced from her own personal health experiences with stress-related burnout and a health crisis, which admitted her to hospital. Thankfully she recovered from these events and now commits her attention to helping others avoid going down this same path.
