In Greece there are thousands of refugees. We tend to hear about them in numbers; - numbers of arrivals, numbers of asylum procedures, numbers of the expenses related to them. But every single number is a human being with a unique story. This is the story of Sawsan - a Syrian refugee in Ioannina. She is one of the many, who has a story to tell. This is the story of her journey.

Measures have been taken to conceal the identity and to keep the anonymity of Sawsan for the protection of her and her family.
