Hey luvs! Sorry for the late upload, I have to edit these videos less and just give yall raw footage but the perfectionist in me wont let me just post it raw! LOL But today I will be showing you my Gym routine I literally winged it ! LOL but I wanted to do the 100 Rep Challenge by @elitefit4life
You do 100 Reps of:
- 100 Squats
- 100 Push Ups
- 100 Leg Raises
I did 3 Sets of 10-15 of each exercise in a circuit! I could feel the burn! Make sure that you stretch after every workout and take an Epson Salt bath if need be.
P.S. I didn't show all the people in the gym LOL I cut them out of the video also my apartment's gym isn't that big so it can easily get busy.
After my workout, I went to the farmer's market to get some fruits, I will be going Raw Vegan for 48 hours! My niece @ajnachakratv669 is doing a 30 day Raw Vegan Diet and I will be joining for the weekend. Be sure to subscribe to her channel @ajnachakratv669

Post workout I usually drink a Vegan Protein Shake but today I just did a salad and a Vegan Hi Protein Burger it was SO good you can get them from #traderjoes
