Eric & I leave Ciudad Constitucion for the trek across the peninsula to the Sea of Cortez and ultimately the city of La Paz. This proves to be the most challenging segment of the Baja Divide route. Unbelievable steep climbs, washed out roads, and very remote villages highlight what also is one of the most scenic places in all of Baja.

In January 2023, Eric Archer & Michael Ladden will set out on the ultimate bikepacking adventure. Our goal, the 1700 miles, 100,000 plus feet of climbing & the tough sand, rocks and barren deserts of the Baja Peninsula. Starting in San Diego California we will ride south, ultimately reaching Cabo in the South of Baja Mexico.
