Lisa Tallman, MBA, CCMP, is a senior thought leader and strategist dedicated to social good. She is the AVP, Affiliate & Network Advancement for the national office of Easterseals, leading initiatives in strategy, data, knowledge management, and technology. She has a unique background that bridges both hard and soft skills that allow her to be strategic and forward looking to align strategy, tools, and organizational culture. Prior to joining Easterseals, Lisa spent 10 years at the YMCA of the USA as Senior Director of Knowledge Management crafting and executing the vision, strategy, and roadmaps for digital platforms supporting online communities, collaboration, and social networking used by over 51,000 staff. Prior to joining the YMCA, Lisa spent three years at Grant Thornton, the sixth largest accounting and consulting firm in the nation, launching the initial knowledge management infrastructure for the firm aiding 5,500 employees in 50 offices. Her early career was spent in technology companies and boutique consulting firms leading technical account specialists and a business process improvement team, implementing technology solutions, and crafting communication tools. Lastly, Lisa is an instructor in the Masters in Learning and Organizational Change program at Northwestern University. Lisa earned her MBA in Economics, Strategy, and Managerial & Organizational Behavior from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She also holds a Master's Degree in Technical Communication from Eastern Michigan University as well a certificate in Business Analytics: Data to Insights Certificate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School. She is a Certified Change Management Professional.
