Hello, it's been a long time. This is Joy.
It is now the end of July here and the weather is getting hot.
We had an even hotter July because our air conditioner broke for about two weeks.😭

In today's video, I redecorated the kitchen with kitchen utensils and added a point to the living room with a few decorative items.
Even a space that doesn't attract attention can be a point if you organize it well.☺️

🍠 Sweet Potato Croquette Cheese Ball

1. When the sweet potato is steamed and cooked, mash it with a pinch of salt and pepper and 1T of honey.
2. Finely chop carrots and onions and mix with sweet potatoes.
3. Cut cheddar cheese or mozzarella cheese sticks into fingernail-sized pieces and prepare them.
4. When the mashed sweet potato cools down, mold it into a round shape that is easy to eat.
5. Coat the batter in the order of flour-egg-bread crumbs.
6. Fry in moderately heated oil until golden brown.


🥑 Avocado Toast

1. Toast the bread and spread mayonnaise on the bread.
2. Slice the avocado and place it on top as you like.
3. Place the fried egg on top of the avocado.
4. Lastly, sprinkle Everything Bagel seasoning and it's done. Simple, right?🙂
