You have never cooked such a delicious chicken! The secret is in the glaze! Chicken with potatoes in the oven

To cook chicken and potatoes in the oven:
Chicken - 1 pc.
Lemon - ¼ part
Bay leaf - 1 pc.
Garlic - 2-3 cloves
Potato - 1 kg
Salt, black pepper to taste
Smoked paprika - 1 tsp

Glaze:
Tomato paste - 60 g
Butter - 40-50 g
Sugar - 1 tbsp. without a slide
Soy sauce - 1-2 tbsp. (depending on the saltiness of the soy sauce)
Hot pepper - to taste
Garlic - 1 clove

1. Wash chicken inside and out, pat dry with paper towels.
2. Salt and pepper the chicken to taste. You can leave it at room temperature for 1 hour so that it is soaked with salt and warmed up.
3. Put lemon, bay leaf and garlic inside the chicken. Put the chicken in a mold and bake for 40-60 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees.
4. The total baking time depends on the size of the chicken: for every 500 g of weight - 20-25 minutes of baking.
5. Cut the potatoes into slices. Sprinkle potatoes with salt, pepper and smoked paprika. Add vegetable oil. Toss potatoes and arrange around chicken.
6. For glaze, mix tomato paste, butter, sugar, soy sauce, hot pepper and garlic. Heat until the glaze becomes homogeneous, but do not let it boil.
7. 10-15 minutes before the chicken is ready, grease it with glaze and put it back in the oven.
