NOTE: Towing numbers quoted in this video are the MAXIMUM AMOUNT, but the ACTUAL TOWING CAPACITY will vary based on a number of factors. For example, although the Model Y is rated to tow up to 3,500 pounds, the actual towing capacity varies all the way down to 0 lbs and up to 3,500 lbs based on tires and numbers of passengers - see Tesla Model Y owner’s manual for more information. Always follow the manufacturer's guidelines for towing safety.
