There was an opinion piece in The Guardian by Daniel Dylan Wray titled "Bring that beat back: why are people in their 30s giving up on music?" that talks about being unable to even give concert tickets away to his friends. Chief Product Officer Andrew Welker has certainly not lost his love for music, so this topic was a natural for him to talk about. 

Beyond that, Andrew also discusses how the music of your teenage years stays with you, and yet he still enjoys exploring new music, and doing deep dives into sub genres.
