Very healthy cookies that we can freeze and good for breakfast and snacking.
Ingredients:
3/4 cup rolled oatmeal flour
2 ripe bananas
3 pieces of prunes
1/4 cup extra virgin oil
1 egg
1 cup whole old-fashioned rolled oatmeal
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Bake 350 Degrees Fahrenheit for 22 minutes.
