Cherry zephyr recipe

Cherry - 130 g
Sugar - 100 g
Apple Pectin - 3 g

Egg white - 1 piece (medium, 28-30 g)

Sugar - 200 g
Agar-agar - 7 g (strength 1000)
Water - 75 ml

Boil the syrup over medium heat to 110 C (4-5 minutes after boiling)
