I finally had the opportunity to record some chants live (from the feast of the Assumption), with some of the schola members of my parish which I used to direct. From left to right: Robert Walsh, myself, Patrick Walsh and Michael Hattrup. I love singing with these guys, they're so good and our voices blend so well. The performance of these chants is not perfect (and never can be); but we didn't have any practice time either. I simply contacted them and asked if they would be available. We then met and recorded. There is no audio processing to this recording other than adding some slight additional reverb.
