Working with RAW footage has its Pros and Cons. You can take something so plain and transform it into something so amazing. It gives you the ability to work with more dynamic range. There is more effort involved and more chance at making error. But like almost all things, it is well worth the effort. Plus, it gives some good practice material to train with.

I'm taking the opportunity and time to learn and advance in this new area. There is ALWAYS something new to learn in Production. Why outsource what you can resource yourself?

Took these photos of Downtown Houston, Texas buffalo bayou bike trail. I then converted them on Adobe DNG converter to access in "RAW" format in Davinci Resolve. I then began applying nodes and serial nodes with color adjustments and LUTs.
