Zucchini 2-3 pcs. (400-500 g)
Oil 40-50 ml
Soy sauce 2-3 tbsp.
Pepper mixture
Fresh minced garlic or dried 1/3 tsp.
Oregano 1/4 tsp.
Fresh hot pepper - optional
