Here is a video of my experience with a AutoHome Columbus Rooftop Tent. To make a long story short it is in my opinion that it is the best looking and best suitable tent out there period. It is easy to mount and take off, it is very easy to set up and also good to sleep in. But! there is always a But! the Jimny is a lightweight car and it cannot carry heavy load on top. The Suzuki dealership only recommends max 35kg load which is ridiculously low weight.
My tent is 59kg which is almost double recommended weight!!
So driving the Jimny is hard all ready without the tent, but it becomes very hard with the tent on.
So you have to be a very brave driver to ride around with any Rooftop Tent in general on top of the Jimny and don't recommend it to anyone really.
But to be honest it only wobbles on tarmac in higher speeds, but is ok on any gravel road.
Also there is a update on all the future upgrades on the big Jimny like the new Long Ranger fuel tank and the ARB base rack an last but not least the Bullet Supercharger, Also we will be doing a upgrade on the exhaust and new Recaro sport seats.
