During this session, Graham Crawshaw, Procurement Content Director at CASME will provide an understanding of the factors that indicate recognition of Procurement as a strategic function and the resulting impact on strategy development. We will also look at value-based strategy to provide clarity on the value delivered by Procurement beyond savings. Finally, we will look at the processes for identifying, engaging and collaborating with key stakeholders and suppliers.
