The best bakers don't know this dough recipe! Much tastier than croissants!
Warm milk _ 1+ 2/3 cups _ 400 ml
Sugar/ 1/3 cup _ 80 g
1 tablespoon dry yeast _ 8g
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
Flour _ 5 cups + 2 tablespoons _ 600 g
Add 2~3 tablespoons of flour until you get a cohesive dough.
30 g _ 2 tablespoons of butter at room temperature
2 teaspoons of vinegar 9%
40 g _ 2.5 tablespoons of butter at room temperature
Paint them with egg
Simillas to taste
bake at 180C/350F for 30~35 minutes
