I'm just stowing here...I clear my rack 50% or 100% so the picker can fill it up. I'll bounce between 2 aisles, and help my neighbor if I manage to get ahead.
I stow A-B packages/jiffies first, as those are within arm's reach.
If I see any top/middle for C totes, I'll do those too.
I try to avoid straining my lower back and kneel to stow lower totes.
Most importantly, as I stow - I make sure it's organized, to make sure I have enough room in each tote to fit in larger boxes toward the end of the shift. It's a 5-hr shift at this facility.
